CORE ENGINEERING

• Prepares basic engineering packages (BEDP), consisting of design basis, PFDs, P&IDs, Process data sheets of equipment, Relief valves & Instruments etc
• Process design of equipments such as heat exchanger, fired heater, tray columns, packed towers, separator vessels, pumps, storage tanks, mounded bullets etc taking in to consideration of safety and hazardous nature of process
• Identification of Utility Requirement & preparing Utility Distribution Diagrams
• Preparation Process Control & Instrumentation Philosophy
• Preparation of Conceptual Layout
• Conducts Process Simulation studies using Aspen One Engineering Suite & Design II software
• Carryout Hydraulic Analysis of cross country pipelines and efficiency studies for steam turbines, pumps, compressors etc.,
• Preparation of Technical Procurement Specification for Tower Packing, Catalyst, Chemicals etc.,
• Carryout Engineering Audit for technical adequacy & operational safety
• Preparation of Operation & Maintenance Manuals

PRE-PROJECT ACTIVITIES

• Preparation of Techno-Economic Feasibility Reports (TEFR), Detailed Project Reports (DPR) ,Selection & Transfer of Technology from Process Licensors of repute
• Studies such as Quantities Risk Assessment & Disaster Management Plans ,HAZOP study, Energy & Safety Audits

PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY

• Review & Approval of Basic Engineering Documents and Drawings
• Residual Engineering
• Providing Procurement, Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Assistance during project execution stage
• Design and Detailed Engineering
• Coordinate all Process Plant/ Oil and Gas Sector Projects in the Organisation
