| FEDO has undertaken many projects on a turnkey basis, involving civil works, supply of plant hardware and its erection, in addition to the normal services package. Such turnkey assignments relieve the project promoters of the usual headaches of co-ordinating the various groups like consultants, vendors, contractors etc. The single point responsibility for managing project schedules, costs and quality vests on the turnkey contractor. |
