the state of TQM through a continuous improvement in the systems,
involving all employees, aimed at excellence in engineering. Its functions
include: |

Updating FEDO's standards & systems
on a regular basis; |

Ensuring adherence to the qualitg adherence
to the quality manual and the quality system enshrined in it, through
internal quality audits; |

Facilitating training for employees
to do quality work and monitoring its effectiveness: and, |

Ensuring the smooth functioning of the
entire organisation through quality plans. |
