Other
Conditions:
In case of any
dispute having to be settled through Arbitration,
the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of
Arbitration will apply.The contracts shall be governed and
construed by the Laws of India. And in the
event of any legal proceedings having to be taken
up relating to the contract, it shall be limited
to the Court of Law under the legal jurisdiction
of the Kerala High Court, at Ernakulam, Kerala,
India.
