Shri. Sham Lal Goyal IAS, Chairman and Managing Director of
FACT is
presently the Joint Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of
Chemicals & Fertilizers, Department of Fertilizers.
He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from
Punjab Engg. College, Chandigarh and belongs to the 1985 batch
of
IAS from Maharashtra Cadre. Prior to his present appointment,
he
was Secretary & Resident Commissioner, Maharashtra Sadan at New
Delhi. He had held several key appointments both in
Maharastra
Government and Government of India. His appointments with
Maharashtra Government include that of Secretary - Dept. of Animal
Husbandry, Dairy & Fisheries; Commissioner - ESI Scheme;
Secretary
- Department of Environment; Managing Director, Maharashtra State
Farming Corporation, etc., while his positions in Government of India
include that of Director - Census Operations, Chandigarh; Director -
Multi-purpose Identity Card Project, etc.
Shri. Sham Lal Goyal hails from Punjab.
Shri. Sham Lal Goyal has been entrusted with the additional charge of
Chairman & Managing Director of The Fertilisers And Chemicals
Travancore Limited with effect from 1st March, 2011. Shri.
Goyal
is already on the Board of Directors of FACT from November, 2010
onwards as Government of India nominee.

Shri
P. Muthusamy, Director (Finance) is a native of Palani, Tamil
Nadu. He is a B.Com. graduate and a member of Institute of Cost and
Works Accountants of India.
He
started his career with M/s. Indian Oil Corporation Limited in 1981 at
its Headquarters, New Delhi and also worked at its Gauhati Refinery
till January 1999 looking after various areas of finance
function.
In February 1999 Shri P. Muthusamy joined
M/s. Numaligarh Refinery Ltd., a subsidiary of Bharath Petroleum
Corporation Ltd. and held senior finance positions. On 12.9.2006 he
joined M/s. Scooters India Limited, a Central Government Enterprise as
Director (Finance). He had also held additional charge of CMD of M/s.
Scooters India Limited from 13.4.2007 to
22.4.2008.

(Technical) joined FACT in 1980 as Management
Trainee.
Prior
to his present appointment, he was serving as General Manager
(Marketing).
He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from N S S College of Engineering, Palakkad.
He has worked in
FEDO as a Design Engineer, Project Manager and later Chief Commercial
Manager. He has also served in FACT Udyogamandal Division as Chief
Engineer (Maintenance) and later Joint General Manager (UD).
Shri. V. K. Anil hails from Palakkad and is now settled in Elamakkara, Ernakulam district.

P K Chandrasekharan,
Director (Marketing), has
31 years of service in FACT. He joined the company in 1979 as Management
Trainee. He has held various positions in FACT including General Manager (HR),
General Manager (Materials) etc.

native of Erumely in Kottayam, Shri P K Chandrasekharan is a postgraduate in
Physics with LLB. His family consists of wife Smt.Shantha and son Vineeth who
is an engineer.
