In partial modification of Order no.CMD-CO-dated 19th September 2005, the following Officers of FACT are nominated as Central Public Information Officer/Central Assistant Public Information Officer for the purpose of carrying out the Provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Further, in accordance with the Provisions of Section 19 of the said Act, any person who does not receive a decision within the time specified in the Act from the Central Public Information Officer of FACT or is aggrieved by a decision of the Central Public Information Officer of FACT, may within 30 days  from the expiry of such period  or from the receipt of such a decision prefer an appeal to the Chairman and Managing Director, The Fertilisers And Chemicals Travancore Limited, Eloor, Udyogamandal, Kochi-683501.

2.      Application Fee (Rs.10/-) for obtaining information as per RTI Act and stationery charges (@ Rs.2/- per page) may be paid either by cash against receipt at the counter of the company or by way of demand draft/bankers cheque drawn on company’s name payable at Udyogamandal or by postal order payable at Udyogamandal.  

 

3.      People who are living below poverty line are exempted from payment of application fee and stationery charges for obtaining information under the RTI Act.
